The essentials, minus the fluff

An excellent choice for a nice getaway! Enjoyed the spacious room and a awesome breakfast that never disappoints. The quick walk to the beach and friendly staff. The rooftop pool offers very nice views. Note, some noise issues, but it didn't overshadow the experience.

Lovely area, marvellous and brilliant location, adjacent to nightlife, all shops and restaurants, and a lot of restaurants. Again, not far from Ban Rim Pha. Incredibly comfortable and exceptional room with lovely bed and hypoallergenic pillows. Plenty of good breakfast options.

Great rooftop pool and amazing breakfast, but Wi-Fi could be better.

Everything was great, personnel was polite. Truly enjoyed how the big double room with comfy beds was arranged when we arrived.

The good outweighs the bad (barely)

Really good breakfast buffet with friendly staff! Rooftop pool views are amazing and provide a serene atmosphere for relaxation.

Reception understaffing caused delays during check-in and check-out processes, frustrating.

The rooms were uncomfortably tiny!!! A damp smell lingered, unpleasant. The bathroom had no lock, not ideal for families!!! Housekeeping's early closing time made it difficult to get extra amenities when needed!!!

Spacious accommodations offered a comfortable retreat, with a lovely rooftop area perfect for sunset views. The breakfast featured an excellent variety, including delicious beef dishes. The bathroom had a persistent flooding issue, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was unreliable at times, causing some inconvenience .

Zenseana Resort & Spa, Sha Plus offers a prime location close to Patong Beach and a really good breakfast that changes slightly each day, ensuring variety. The rooftop pool is a highlight, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which contributed significantly to a pleasant stay. The room quality met high standards, and the overall ambiance of the hotel felt modern, although a bit more suited for business travelers than for vacationers.

The bathroom cleanliness was subpar .

I had a fantastic time enjoying the cozy Premier Room and the cool rooftop pool during my two-night stay. The spa services offered a perfect way to unwind after our daily adventures, and the outdoor swimming pool was a nice touch. The Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t dampen my fun! 🌞

Couple's getaway, mostly great

Really liked the rooftop pool! It had an amazing view of the sunset & was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Big shoutout to my friend Dul at the front area, your hospitality was great!

Great choice for taking strolls in Patong, good value for the money. Enjoyed the cozy rooftop area perfect for sunsets. Check the gym equipment before you hit it. Some needs fixing.

The pool was clean and never too busy, and the super nice team when we needed anything. It exceeded my expectations for a luxurious holiday.

The hotel's location was amazing, adjacent to shops and restaurants, Patong beach, and convenience store, laundry, and motorbike rentals. Booked a room with exceptional views of the mountain or the sea.

Perfect 10/10 experience at this upscale accommodation with an unbeatable setting adjacent to the party area and cafe.
